At Community Care Clinic of Franklin, our mission is to provide the best quality healthcare to the uninsured, low-income community of Macon County and the surrounding counties. We strive to create a welcoming and inclusive environment where everyone can feel comfortable seeking medical care. We offer a wide range of services including preventative care, diagnostic testing, and treatment for a variety of medical conditions. Our approach to healthcare is centered around the individual, with a focus on prevention, wellness, and patient education. Our organization has been awarded a Gold Rating in the 2024 National Association of Free & Charitable Clinics (NAFC) Quality Standards Program. We are grateful for this recognition and remain dedicated to our mission. We would also like to extend a heartfelt thank you to the community, our dedicated staff, and our amazing patients who make our work at the Community Care Clinic of Franklin so meaningful. Your support and trust inspire us every day as we strive to provide compassionate care to those in need. We are excited to be recognized for the second consecutive year with the 2025 Gold Standard Award from the National Association of Free and Charitable Clinics.
"The mission of the National Association of Free and Charitable Clinics is to ensure the medically underserved have access to affordable healthcare. The NAFC and our members are dedicated to ensuring that our patients receive quality healthcare. Therefore, to quantify and qualify the care provided at the Free and Charitable Clinic network, the NAFC formalized a set of Quality Standards for member organizations.
These standards allow us to demonstrate the quality care provided to our patients to policymakers, partners, funders and stakeholders. Additionally, the standards assist the NAFC in developing benefits and resources that will help our members enhance the care you provide to patients.
According to the information that your organization submitted to us in the 2025 Annual Member Data & Standards Survey, your organization has qualified for the 2025 NAFC Gold Standard Rating."
