At Community Care Clinic of Franklin, our mission is to provide the best quality healthcare to the uninsured, low-income community of Macon County and the surrounding counties. We strive to create a welcoming and inclusive environment where everyone can feel comfortable seeking medical care. We offer a wide range of services including preventative care, diagnostic testing, and treatment for a variety of medical conditions. We also offer Mental Health Services. Our approach to healthcare is centered around the individual, with a focus on prevention, wellness, and patient education. We are committed to providing comprehensive and accessible healthcare to our patients.
